Born and raised in South Florida, Loilette is a first generation Cuban American. Loilette graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida International University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, as well as receiving a certificate in Pre-Law Skills and Professional Values. Loilette attended St. Thomas University College of Law and received her Juris Doctor degree in May 2021. Loilette was a member of the Journal of Complex Litigation, as well as a competing member in the St. Thomas Law trial team. She received the pro bono commendation award for completing over 100 hours of community service. Loilette is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. In her spare time, Loilette enjoys spending time with her dog, Marley, as well as with her friends and family.
